Timeline

Peninsula Bridge started with the Purpose Toolkit in 2018 for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors.
They are continuing to implement Wayfinder in 2021.

Curriculum Implementation

Peninsula Bridge was looking for a curriculum to complement their programming.
After an extensive search, they found Wayfinder at the d.school.
They incorporated Wayfinder into their Saturday academies once a month for 90-minute sessions.
Wayfinder is complemented by another 90 minutes of Peninsula Bridge’s programming.
They have seen widespread results in their students.
Students have been able to better relate to their own identity and connect with their peers.
During COVID-19, they implemented a virtual version of the afterschool program.
Students were able to unpack the year.
They resonated with Wayfinder.
